Iconic electronic music duo Daft Punk has been immortalized in wax at Madame Tussauds in New York. Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, better known as Daft Punk, are depicted in their signature helmets and sequined Saint Laurent Le Smoking tuxedos.

The apparel pays homage to the duo’s iconic look featured in promotional material for their acclaimed album ‘Random Access Memories’.

Ben Shapiro, executive at Madame Tussauds New York, highlighted the significance of the collaboration, stating, “As Daft Punk and Madame Tussauds both share French origins, this collaboration is a testament to the innovation and artistic brilliance of those that came before us and the ability of music and art to transcend global boundaries.”

This unveiling marks another milestone in Daft Punk’s celebration of the 10th anniversary of ‘Random Access Memories’. The duo has treated fans to a reissue with previously unreleased music, a drumless edition, and a documentary series exploring their creative process.

The exhibit debuted with a French house tribute party at Brooklyn venue Avant Gardener, featuring Maison Disco, capturing the essence of Daft Punk’s influence and legacy.
