Background

A diverse group of artists, including Nicolás Jaar, Simo Cell, and KMRU, have come together to create a 62-track compilation titled ‘ENOUGH!’. This digital-only release is now available on Bandcamp and aims to raise funds for Palestinian children affected by the ongoing conflict in Gaza.

Curated by Amman-based DJ and curator Mayss, the ‘ENOUGH!’ compilation features contributions from a wide array of talented musicians including: Nicolás Jaar, Suzanne Ciani, KMRU, Simo Cell, Legowelt, Julianna Huxtable & Via App, ZULI, DJ Marcelle, Matrixxman, Sarah Davachi, and Bok Bok.

The proceeds from the ‘ENOUGH!’ compilation will benefit Dr. Ghassan Abu Sittah’s Children’s Fund. Dr. Ghassan has been actively involved in providing medical care in Gaza, working at both the Al-Ahli and Shifa hospitals. The fund’s goals include: treating injured children, rebuilding medical infrastructure, and establishing a sponsorship program for over 20,000 orphaned children.

In a message accompanying the release, Dr. Ghassan expressed his deep gratitude for the support, emphasizing the importance of continued efforts to aid those in need. “I want to send my deepest gratitude for your work in supporting our people in their hour of greatest need. We must continue to talk about Gaza, sing about Gaza and shout in the streets for Gaza. Your support will help us provide much needed treatment for wounded children and to train doctors and nurses to replace the 450 that have been killed.”
